Anon: Twelve Queen Anne silver teaspoons with shield ends acquired by Edward Lord Harley, later 2nd Earl of Oxford from the estate of Matthew Prior; no marks i) one with wavy end and a leaf in relief down the centre of the bowl and the stems engraved with latticework and foliage; engraved with double monogram MP for Matthew Prior, early 18th century. ii) two similar engraved with the Harley arms, early 18th century. iii) nine similar, but with an interlace ornament on the back; Harley crest and an Earl's coronet, early 18th century.
