A pair of fine linen sheets and pillow cases, English, the sheets dated 1639 and embroidered also with the Lucas Byron coat-of-arms with archaic note stating that they came from Holland; the pillowcases with fine pulled and drawn thread work lace bands; together with three diapered linen table napkins which belonged to Chancelor John Methuen, Circa 1700 (heavily stained) (7).
