An important blue and white 'dragon' stem-cup, Xuande mark and period, the wide bowl flaring to an everted rim, supported on a splayed stem with a flat base, finely painted with a pair of winged makara dragons above waves, with sinuous cloud scrolls rising from mountains and waves at stem, diameter 10cm, height 8.5cm.
