Description: 

A Milanese rock crystal ewer, engraved with foliage and clusters of fruit hung with ribbons, from the Misseroni workshops around 1600, later bracket-shaped handle, the front of the bowl, foot and handle applied, probably in England around 1660, with pierced gold scrollwork decorated with enamel, rubies and diamonds, front of the ewer set with a cameo of Elizabeth I in precious stone, the ewer bowl cracked on one side and broken at the rim.
