A set of four Regency ormolu two-handled vase-shaped wine-coolers on circular feet with trelliswork borders, the bodies chased with acanthus foliage below a narrow-band of scrolls and fluted upper parts, with reeded handles rising from fauns' masks and guilloche rims, engraved with the Cholmondeley crest and Earl's coronet, numbered 2,3,4 and 6, after the model by Matthew Boulton; with plain plated liners of later date, 9 3/4in. high (4).
