A fine pair of George III satinwood and inlaid side tables, the shallow D-shaped tops crossbanded in purple-heart and tulipwood with lunette-shaped radiating panels of lotus leaves, blind flutes and husks of harewood, pearwood on a richly figured ground; the friezes similarly inlaid and centred by classical urns, on papering square legs headed by sprays of husks secured from ribbon bows, 2ft. 5in. (73.5cm) by 4ft. (122cm) wide, (the tops in a distressed condition).
