A pair of Louis XIV marquetry torcheres, attributed to Pierre Gole, late 17th century, en suite with the cabinet-on-stand, with octagonal galleried platforms, on turned ringed and fluted stems and octagonal bases, the whole decorated in bone and coloured fruitwoods, with flower baskets and flowerheads with octagonal floral bases, 126cm. high, definitely raised in height.
