An ormolu-mounted Meissen porcelain two-tier bulb-pot, the foliage moulded mounts with a central laurel wreath medallion containing an oval plaque of gallants and companions playing cards flanked by two turquoise-ground panels of equestrian figures in landscapes within gilt ogival cartouches, the ends with gilt quatrefoil panels of puce cornucopias of flowers, the corners and back with pierced ormolu, the porcelain circa 1745, 12in. wide.
